Fitness Memberships and Medically Based Training

Priority Physical Therapy not only offers quality physical therapy and occupational therapy but also Wellness Programs! While our Fitness Memberships are NOT personal training, they are supervised by skilled and licensed physical therapists. We will tailor your program to fit your needs because these are ultimately designed to get you on the right path to exercise.

These programs can benefit anyone whose insurance will no longer cover services and are looking to continue working towards their goals, those who are intimidated or anxious about joining a gym, or those who are looking for a sense of community while you work on your wellness goals: all are welcome!

We offer 3 different levels of memberships: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Initial assessment to join is $85 for an hour session. This includes an evaluation of your current status and a personally designated program.
